He brings experience from top London kitchens and all over the West Country to this menu, served in a tapas style, with a relaxed atmosphere.
“Knowing the Bristol food scene very well we wanted to bring something different, somewhere people don’t have to commit to a dish. Why not try lots! Enjoy a bottle of wine (or two) and just wind the night away.
As chefs we graze in food through the day. We don’t eat full meals and we always chat whilst grazing. So we thought we would bring that to the restaurant. Come along, order two or three dishes and enjoy Bristol’s best kept secret.”
